I live here now in Royal Grand, it was nice when I moved in last month. Although the folks in the leasing office need to focus more on smiling and speaking to you when you walk in because we are their customers. The one spanish chick that dresses as if she going to the club never speaks as if its all about her. Then its the black lady in there who is just so UNHELPFUL, i know special folks need jobs to but dang. There was security but I guess they got rid of them at night time because folks be outside all night long with all that noise and selling drugs right outside my doorstep. I know the leasing office and security knows whats going on, I just wannna know if they are in on it. I like the apt its nice and a good price but I want the security back and the drugs to get off my doorstep. Some nerve of them.
