Office Staff is horrible

I enjoy living in the apartment complex, but the office staff are truely some of the rudiest people I have ever met. The customer service in this office is just horrible. The day that we moved in was just a taste of the horrible customer service you receive. I try to avoid dealing with any of them. It is to the point where I pay rent in bulk to make less trips into the office. When you go into this office it is as if you are an interrupiton to their idle office chatter. I have waited 5 minutes or longer for anyone to even acknowledge that I am waiting and it is usually to drop off my rent check.
