Wow have things changed around here! Before I moved in, this property was advertised as having fabulous amenities. Now, Park Avenue has been sold and is going condo. It is now called "The Hamptons at Metrowest." The Estates no longer have access to the Park Avenue Amenities. Also, the office staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE. Specifically, the leasing manager couldn't care less about ANYTHING. Both the Estates and "The Hamptons" had water damage from the hurricanes and now my apartment, and many others that I know, smell like MOLD. If the office doesn't conveniently "lose" your request for service, they paint over the growing mold.

The kids here run around at all hours of the night unsupervised. The pool is actually their babysitter. Parents let their middle school children run about the pools being incredibly obnoxious until the pool closes at ten.

The place is okay, but CERTAINLY not worth the money. Now that the amenities are basically gone, there is not much here, except a moldy apartment.
