I've been here for a little over 3 months now. Anytime, I need a call back from an office person, it is a major ordeal. The maintenance staff is great and professional. Overall, this is a pleasant place to live. Parking can be a nightmare and cars fly through there like the Daytona Speedway. Also, intruders seem to be welcome to use the many amenities. When I want to use the amenities I get funny looks from the outsiders, who wander from the bus stops to use the basketball court.
