I have lived here for over a year and still love it. I do agree however that the office staff is one of the worst but rarely do you have to deal with them. We have had a slight problem with roaches but if you have ever lived in an apt before you know that has a lot to do with your neighbors so i cant really blame it on the complex. Plus, we have a lake view (wet lands). I have never had a problem with any onther insects (no ants!) The maintance here is wonderful and maintance is kept up well (AC filters every month, ect..) and when i need a repair, maintance is there with in a few hours (you cant find that in many places.) A garage is recomended because parking is pretty difficult, especially in the back. The convienant store is a major plus, they were even open on thanksgiving, nice to have right in the complex. The pools are very nice, usually pretty peaceful, only bad thing is them (the hottub) closing at 10. But understandable. Overall, i would and do recomend this place. The positives overwhelm the negitives majorly!
