Getting Worse by the Month!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
This place was so nice when I first moved in 2002 but it gets progressively worse every month.
1. The restaurant's dumpster stinks and is never cleaned. There are rat traps in there now.
2. The basketball court is a hang out for all those who don't live here. They like to take a dip in the pool w/ the extended family before they head back to their own homes.
3. The security gates are always broken.
4. The pool is filthy & the deck chairs are all broken.
5. They are the 1st to tell the residents when there is a safety concern at other apartments, but failed to tell us of a female resident that was attacked getting out of her car.
6. The maintenance guys are great!!
I am just happy that I will be moving in the next few months!
