I moved here hoping that I wouldn't have to deal with the rif-raf of cheaper apartment communities. I don't feel like I have anything to show for paying $1200 month. There is no parking, the hood comes and plays ball and then helps themselves to a dip in the pool with all their families and friends. Office staff is never there lately. The doors are locked during business hours and I get the answering service on the phone. The "convenience store" is wayyyy over priced and the manager there is super-unfriendly. Why do they change the airfilters from apartments and leave them sitting on the breezeways for 2 days' Dirty and disgusting. There are punks skating in the parking lots and they give you a dirty look when you drive by as if you are interrupting their skating. There are many dogs that are unleashed and their owners don't clean up their poop. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!

sounds like you hate "the hood" people and all their families and friends they could be residents having a good time with their family and you're a scroog and the convienience store person might just not like you b/c he thinks you're super unfriendly because you were being snooty to the neighborhood kids on their skateboards.
