When we first strolled into this place, we were impressed with the ammenities and the apartment layouts themselves. After we were suckered in, we realized that management does as little as possible whenever they can. We had a window sill that would leak when it rained so we put in a work order to have it fixed prior to the hurricanes. Maintenance came out and scraped off the dirty paint (onto our bed mind you!) and simply painted over the mold, not truly fixing the problem. When the hurricanes came, water leaked in through the walls, electrical outlet, windows, you name it! The water soaked our entire bedroom carpet as well as half of our living room. Maintanence simply sent over a blower to dry the carpet and they cleaned the carpet but did nothing about removing the mold that was growing underneath the carpet. Several months later, we are unable to use our bedroom because of the mold that is still growing and the management here has still done nothing after writing 3 letters! They try to make this place sound nicer than it really is. What it really is is a poorly built complex. I have lived in luxury apartments before and none of them leaked water to this extent hurricane or not. SAve your money. This place is over priced with neighbors that blare their TVs at 1am.
