Not a good place to live... you dont have to take my word for it

As I read the other complaints... all of which i completely agree with, one management name kept popping up- LISA ADKINS. She will not help in the image restoration of the community- 100% sad sad sad. Where do I begin... Lets start with the amenities... Recently the workout gym has been closed for 4 months because of an overflown water fountain. The management company (ZOM) strung me along with the reopening date (first stating it would only be a couple weeks). The basketball court was closed for 15 months starting in 2006 because they wanted to put in the leasing office in the court that homeowners were paying fees on during that time.
You want to get any information about which of the five management companies run what, good luck. They pass the buck on to the next company. None of the employees ever know what is going on. Staff would be better if ran by kindergardners with disabilities.
Maintenence takes forever to report for house calls.
Hope you work in the morning because by 8 am they are cutting the grass almost every morning, and the noise echos distinctly through the hallways and does not quit until about noon.
The location really isnt good; texas ave and orange blossom residents love to visit the premises. Anotherwards rap music is playing at 2 in the morning with bass and most likely drugs are rampant.
Security is horrible, there have been many documented break-ins in vehicles.
Parking is generally for smaller vehicles, and it is nearly impossible to park at the restruant during weekend nights.
The only positive thing i can say is the appearance of the premises.
