Moved into this place earlier this year. Totally disgusted with the way management runs the place. They take the day off for holidays and then some. Never around when you need them. Maintenance staff does not complete work orders even after you have submitted your order to the office several times. The hallways always smell and the carpets and shared areas are trashed. The elevator closest to our unit was broken for almost an entire month and is pretty much broken every other day. The certificate in the elevator is also expired as of August 1, 2008 and has not been replaced. That is a major violation in itself. Several break-ins to cars, the glass case that holds the fire extinguisher in the halls are always smashed with glass on the floor. They've even lost one of our packages that was delivered to the office. Cheap cabinets that fall apart, cheap "industrial style" carpet in the condos. The people below us play music every weekend after 2am and have been reported to the police several times, but it still continues. We have a police officer on site, but good luck reaching him! Trashy people live here, no sense of community at all. This place is not worth the $800 a month we pay in rent. We will not be renewing our lease here and have decided to move across the street where they do a full background check on everyone and the management is run better. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
