This apartment looks great on the outside and offers a wonderful assortment of ammenities. However there are a few downfalls.
First, if you are a light sleeper, don't live here. The train comes by at least 3 times a night. And when it does. Believe me, you will know.
Also, if you want a room with a nice view, You have to pay for it. Otherwise, your backporch view may be a wall or something really unappealing.
Overall, it is not to bad. I guess everything can't be perfect
