I lived here from Oct 2001 until Oct 2002. I was drawn by the parking garage (I had 2 cars I wanted covered), and the closeness to downtown but without being too close to work/bars/etc.
Construction is good. Little things like crown moulding was nice; lack of ceiling fans was not so nice as the first night I was there I had to install one in the dark.
Layouts are usable and open.
Pool is nice but shallow (liability these days).. It has mainly a young crowd visiting their friends on weekends, but the overall apartment atmosphere was more professional late 20's-40's types.
I'd live there again if I rent again in Orlando.
