Some questions were n/a (these questions I left with a rating of "3" - I did not respond with a "3" to any other questions for this purpose)
I am not exactly sure what the rent is since my company pays.
The walls are pretty sound-proof and solid perhaps to guard against the noise of the train that runs directly behind the complex. The construction of the walls are also good to drown out the ocassional noise of the twenty-somethings being loud evenings in the courtyard, on decks & in hallways.
