I have been here since January 2006. I have been extremely pleased with the location, the unit, and the quality of life here at Park North. Parking is good. The weight room, club room, common conference room with computers help make Park North a complete community. The people who live here tend to be young, well-educated professionals.
The management company adjusted its service hours to help the unit owners get their pacakages. I appreciate this accommodation.
Easy access to I-4. Easy access to downtown Orlando. Relatively easy for friends to find.
Noise from trains that run behind Park North can be a bit of a passing nuisance. But the noise from the trains doesn't last long. Trash recepticles tend to fill up over the weekend.

I am thinking of moving here. Where is your unit, so I can maybe get the same type of location, to cut down on noise. thanks!
