For being an apartment downtown, I think its a nice place to live for the money that you pay. The facilities are convenient including two pools and a gym, which are an added bonus. Each apartment comes with a different view, which I have seen several of, most of which were beautiful. Also very friendy staff and quick maintance fixes. One issue I have had since living here is the noise factor. The walls are made of really cheap material and are very inconvientient if you have a noisy neighbor, or live too close to the train tracks that run right behind the aparment complex. It is a very convenient location for me and I feel safe living here, those are most important to me.

Where is your unit at? I am thinking of moving here. Is the noise mainly on the weekends or during the week?
