I lived in Park North at Cheney Place for a year. It was a great experience. Park North is an excellent location if you need to live in Orlando. The staff is excellent and always helpful. They quickly repair anything in your apartment. The tenants are young, friendly, and beautiful people. It is the place to live if you want the feel of downtown without being in the thick of downtown.
