Pegasus Landing looks great from the outside but inside it's either a hit or miss. When I moved in I had to clean the apartment myself and had to get rid of rotting food from the fridge. Also, my room was definitely not vacuumed and the chair was broken. However, I reported this and the chair was fixed the next day. Security is pretty good as well. There is a gatekeeper and we have an alarm system. I think the only true problem you'll have are roommates. I was lucky enough to have great roommates but others aren't so lucky. Even though if you fill the form which says you don't want to have smokers or drinkers they'll stick them with you anyway. Also, trash is a problem. We apparently have to put trash in the hallway and there are a lot of spills and nasty remnants of old takeout. I really wish they had dumpsters downstairs since that would get rid of the trash problem but I guess they think college students are too lazy to do that (which is probably true).

Parking isn't an issue unless you're to lazy to walk for 30 seconds. Internet is somewhat of a problem though. It ranges from less than 1mbs to 3mbs depending on the day. Cable on the other hand is always working and you get HBO and and 70 other channels. I do hate the fact that employees are college students and therefore don't give a ---- about their jobs. There's a lot of posts about car break-ins but I really haven't heard of anything like that but I'm sure it must happen. If you're scared about your car getting broken into then maybe you shouldn't be living in Orlando (the 6th dangerous city in America). The university itself is a couple minutes away and you can bike it if you want. There's also a bus that comes around every 15-20 minutes. I've tried it but it takes a lot longer than using your own car but its still a nice service if you don't have a car or if it's in repair.

Overall, it's a great deal for $500-550 and is located near all the fast-food places, a mall, and theater. I'd recommend it to anyone who can deal with minor problems but if you have the money, there are some better places.
