After living in an apartment for a year without cleaning up after themselves, it might look that way... The apartment we rent is spotless, clean rooms, carpets, kitchen - all well maintained and it is gated and just around the corner from campus. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which locks. Awesome for the price!

The photos are real and I took them at move in. They were given to management in an effort to get the issues corrected. The carpets were not replaced until after several cleaning attempts, endless discussions with management and posting to this site. I have all email communications with management concerning these photos and other issues we had during our year of captivity at Pegasus Landing I will be glad to post them for your review. The comments and pictures posted were an effort to get management to correct issues and to warn potential victims. It is obvious that this posting was made by someone with a vested interest, which is against the policy of the site.
