Unsafe: Murder, Theft, Drugs, Shootings all in one year

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The worst crimes have been committed here within one year than anywhere else I know of. Look of UCF police report records. This place is unsafe, loud, the apartments are disgusting. Do not believe that UCF police are patroling. I have not seen them in days. Do not live here.
