I have not had the problems that people are saying they are having. It is convenient for me because of the proximity to the university. It is economically efficient considering both the traditional apartments as well as other student apartments, which it ranks as one of the lowest in price. I think that people have been living in fantasy worlds in gated communities and now that they are faced with the problems of everyday people they whine, kick and scream. While we want everything to be perfect in life, let's come to realization that we live in an imperfect world. Crime is part of life and the UCF police are doing the best possible job in patroling both campus, affiliated housing and the surrounding areas. Everyone is entitled to their opinion that is our First Amendment right according to the Constitution. The apartment complex are doing background checks on both new and returning residents to try and ensure the safety of the residents. All things considered, I have had a good experience staying Pegasus Landing. We do not know what we might encounter in life, so we hope and pray that we do not encounter something so devastating that we cannot recover from it. No one can ensure the total safety of the residents but we can all do our part. We must choose to be part of the solution and the not the problem. The leasing staff and management have been extremely helpful from day one. To correct one review, Gidget is not the property manager, she is the area coordinator for the RAs(resident assistant) that live on the property.

You are absolutely delusional if you think that living in a place that has 13 cars broken into in one week alone and shootings at least once a month is just a normal way of life. Especially for a place that is supposedly patroled regularly by the UCF police. BULLS***!!!!!! My roommate and I are outside all the time and rarely see them go by. Unless of course it is a day after something serious has gone down. You must be in your own fantasy land if you think this place is great or maybe you just work here. Either way, don't allow people to be fooled by the pretty landscaping and nice models. THIS PLACE IS A DEATH TRAP!!!!!
