Well, I just signed a lease with Pegasus Landing, and I feel like I made a good decision.

Of course the tours are going to be fake, but my tour guide has been super great, and has called me a few times to help me through the lease signing process.

Here is what I saw: friendly residences, people utilizing the pool, a diverse amount of people around the complex, and some insane drivers. Actually, we almost got hit by some ---- driving a yellow sports vehicle.

I also talked to some people that had lived under in this building and another owned by the same company. The only complaints were about hearing the people above you and below you and the cleanliness of the apartment. I am a clean person anyways, and will be cleaning at least my area first thing. Also, if you fill out the move in form completely AND make a copy of it, legally there is nothing they can do but pay for the damaged goods. Also, while I was there I saw two groups of men doing maintence. That is a great sign.

I think half of you are lazy. But I move in August 2006, so another review to come perhaps'

In this place you definately get the most for your money, I have been looking for a place for about a year.

I also got 175 off of my move in fees. That definately helps.

"you get the most for your money" ????? are you kidding me .... that's just what makes pegasus landing so terrible. It's sub-standard living for the same price as the nicer apartments in the area.
