THe property may l;ook nice form the outside but that s where it ends. Mangement doenst give a rats behind about the property. THey spend more on mulch than routine pest control. If you need someone evicted you might as well wait for a crime to be comitted for them to remove a problem. This place only stays around for the conveinience of being near campus. It is also where all the Freshmen get dumped because there isnt enough on campus housing.
