been here since August 05 and havent had any problems but the A/C like someone else mentioned. Ive also heard of the shootings here but thats anywhere you can move on the other side of town in the so called "nice" areas and still hear about people getting shoot up. They real slack on who they let into the appartments as well but that can be a good and bad thing depending on the person. It can be noisy at times but nothing to report what can you expect' your moving into college dorms baisically... Staff was always nice to me as well...Overall its decent for what your paying just have to deal with roomates and I havent had that issue as of yet.
