DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place could not care less about students, they just want your money. I have been woken up by maintenence once a week at 9am on a regular basis, (THEY JUST WALK INTO YOUR HOUSE WHENEVER, SLEEPING OR NOT. ONCE I WAS IN THE SHOWER) and then to top it all off they have been doing construction right outside my window FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT! Everybody in my building has been woken up before 9am for a week, and none of us were even notified that maintenence was going to be doing this! AND, to make it even worse, when I called the maintence office to see how much longer it was going to be, not only did they not know the answer to that, the girl didn't even know there was construction being done. Another woman told me it was too bad that I couldn't sleep in my own apartment because it was in my lease that they could do whatever they wanted to the building and they didn't have to notify anybody because it wasn't in a specific apartemnt. I guess notifying us out of COMMON DECENCY is too much to ask. DON'T LIVE HERE! THEY SCREW YOU OVER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND THEY DON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR IT!!
I also had to get maintenence to fix my toilet three times because they did it wrong the first two times.
They also charge you insane amounts for normal wear and tear on the crappy furniture THEY gave you.
AND my boyfriend's car was vandalized and broken into, even though they claim to have security. There was also another time where 8 cars were broken into on one night. IT IS NOT SAFE HERE!!
SERIOUSLY, DO NOT LIVE HERE! IT IS A RIPOFF! OTHER COMMUNITIES HAVE SHUTTLE BUSES!!
