For a first year college student, I guess it's an OK place to live. That is, it's like living in a dorm with an RA (Some worse than others I hear). It's also ok if you don't mind maintenance people in your apartment every couple weeks, which they are. They "assess" damages when you're not home and don't ask any questions before charging your account (and won't let you pay rent until you pay). They also tend to add random charges for application fees even when you've already paid them OR if you weren't supposed to pay them at all (3 months after I was already paying rent in my case). Overall, I think this place sucks and wouldn't wish it on anyone. Safety is a BIG issue. In under a year, there was a shooting and a couple robberies, not including the homicide 2 years ago. Watch the news, kids. It's not a safe place. But then again, the UCF area as a whole isn't very safe either.
