Stay away! Big time crime. VERY dirty. No one cares.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Serious crime problems. A blind eye is turned towards drugs and drinking -the philosophy is that crime is ok. Serious roberries, assault, battery cases - even a body was found on the premises. An entire building was robbed recently.
If something breaks (a/c, washer, leaks, etc) - good luck getting it fixed.
