I have to say after reading all the reviews people are definately being too harsh. I have lived in Pegasus Landing for a year and it truly is a good place. The rooms are huge ( I lived in a 4/4). The gym is nice. There are a couple of pools. Plenty of tennis courts and even basketball courts which are hard to find. There is a 24 hour game room which is sweet. Though I will admit there is a high level of crime, but you know what' It is a college area, so what do you expect' Just don't put yourself in a position where you are liable to get hurt. The location is great and there are shuttle busses circulating constantly. Word of advice though make sure you get good roomates because in the end that is what makes your experience worthwhile.

You've got to be kidding. For serious. How many cocks do you have to suck to enjoy yourself that much? If you're having that "great" of a time, you have to have had a couple of RA cocks in your mouth. Maybe even the mythical Property Manager, if such a creature even exists. Not a single person on staff in that...place is halfway competant enuff(I'm trying to spell in your native dialect) to piss their own pants. Even babies can do that. But at least babies have a halfway decent response when you ask them a question. WAHHHHHHHHH is better than "oh...I don't know about that...you'll have to wait until the property manager is here on...Thwonday, the day that doesn't exist." Just wait another semester. Wait until your building gets shot at. Your car gets vandalized. The building next to yours catches on fire. Your friend's apartment gets robbed at gunpoint. All of the above have happened to me, which was more than enough to make me move out. Just because you havn't had any major issues yet doesn't mean that the place is just fine and dandy. Even as you're reading this, someone is stealing weights from the weight room. Or maybe parking their 6th BMW that daddy bought them in visitor parking, along with the other 4 that don't have parking permits. How could you give parking 5/5? You're obviously a stupid ----- by the way you talk. Probably living in phase 3, trying to suck enough cocks to get into a sorority with your parents money. You drive either a BMW or a Jetta. Even on the off chance that you ARE a guy, just feel worse that all the female things you do (like sucking cocks to get into a sorority) are part of your personality. Oh and one last thing: crime doesn't have to be high in a college area. I live very close to UCF and my complex has almost no problems. I would tell you where it is, to save you from the hell hole that you're in, but I dont want any people like you over here to turn it into another Pegasus Landing. I would wish death upon you, but you're already dead inside, obviously if pegasus landing has brainwashed you into enjoying living there. Enjoy.
