Im a freshman at UCF and just moved into PL August. Despite all these harsh and raving reviews online, i dont seem to notice many of the those problems.. i have had absolutely zero problems with noise, crime or maintenance. The office staff is kind of meh, not very helpful, and i know from friends that the parking is horrendous (i take the shuttle). The only real problem i have with it is the terrible internet connection. Overall its really not as bad as some people make it out to be, although ive only been here for a short while, so something may still come up.
