First and foremost complaint. TOTAL INVASION OF PRIVACY! They do these "quarterly inspections" in which staff members enter your apt. and even your own room in order to assess damages and charge you "they're" prices to fix it. If you don't mind having your room INVADED by complete strangers who knock once and then open the door, by all means, live here. Another aspect, "College Park Communities" the company that owns Pegasus Landing, Pegasus Connection, and Pegasus Point have no respect for they're residents. They always end letters sent to you with "Govern Yourself Accordingly" like we're children. Also, my last memory of Pegasus Landing...When they did my "walk-through"(Jargon for when someone goes into your apartment and room to inspect for final damages) they officially wrote down a few items and told me I would be charged at most $300. When I left however, they illegally went back in and assessed $2000 worth of damage. I tried to dispute it, but the person I was supposed to talk to was never in the office even after I made multiple appointments. She never talked to me until the deadline was up and she called me the day they sent me to COLLECTIONS and told me there was nothing she could do at that point. College Park is complete garbage. F.Y.I., you don't have to live in a place with "quarterly-inspections ! ake sure there is no clause in the lease that gives these Nazis permission to enter your room whenever they want to. Forgo this warning and you might as well sign away your soul.

OMG you so overreact. First off everyone maintenance does do quarterlies. I have lived here for a couple years so I'd know, but if you only looked in your mailbox you would see that they do give a window of time the maintenance will be there. Clearly the person writing the review is upset that they damaged their apartment to the point of being sent to collections and is trying to take it out whatever way they can. I say go to the property and see for yourself the "horror" or lack there of.
