DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have had the worst experience with the front office. I got screwed over and couldn't move in early for rush week making me homeless for a week before the actual move in date. The KIDS who work at the front desk do not know what they are doing and do not know most of the POLICIES. They do not seem to want to help you or care.

The apartments smell horrible, the carpet is old and has holes in it. I came to a BROKEN box spring and after two months of complaint still no response.

Nike and Harules are much better and SAFER for UCF affiliated housing. Pegasus Landing says there are security CAMERAS and guards at the "gate" at night. Haven't seen ONE yet since last summer.

The only POSITIVE thing is the shuttle service. Oh by the way if you LOVE hearing the party going on upstairs and the wrestling going on in the apartments above and beside you, this is your home. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Honestly, this is college housing and I have lived here for four years and not any problems. As a current resident and you as a new one, if you read the bulletins in the office and flyers all around you would know that there are not security camera yet but are the process of being put in as well as the new security gate. I rushed my first year as well and when I came to sign my lease as well as filled out my papers to rush it did clearly state in both Pegasus Landing and online with the registration that you would need to move in early and need to sign additional papers. The Pegasus Landing staff has been nothing but helpful to me every time I have been in there. If you people would read what you sign you would know what to do instead of writing ranting and raging reviews about a place that in deed is a fine place to live. As for the noise, its college -- part of that is having a nightlife and enjoying your time here which Im sure is all your neighbors and people above you are doing. Chill out!

I got a apt for rush week with no problem. BUT I did it by the deadline. You should have checked the deadline with Pegasus Landing or UCF. i see officers at the gates all the time when i come in and out at night. you should look closer....
