If you are expecting college housing to be the Ritz Carlton, then shop elsewhere. This is a very average place that gets a bad rap. Some bad things do happen here, but they happen everywhere. Do not believe everything you hear. I live here and it is fine. The safety enhancements are a good improvement. The staff are pretty nice, especially my RA. The price is great and I get my own bathroom and W/D! Is this place perfect' No. Is there the occassional bug or mildew' Yes, welcome to Florida. Are most of the people who write these reviews bitter about one or two isolated incidents' Yes. In summary, it is an older complex that still offers a lot. If you have the right attitude and outlook on college life and want to be close to UCF, Pegasus Landing is worth taking a look at.
