Hi, I live here. First of all, I would like everyone to know everything about this place before its picked.
1. This place is full of drug-dealers: yes, for some its convenient, but I think that most are not willing to live in a place where drugs are delivered to just anyone, and we all know that criminals and drugs go together. (No offense to the passive people who take drugs and study or do their thing).
The security here is awful! The other day, four guys tryed braking into MY HOUSE!, and nobody even noticed. Lucky me, I was home, so nothing happened.
2. This is one of the greatest rip-offs there are. Management clearly doesn't care AT all about the residents, and they are always finding another way to make money from them. With their electricity caps that don't cover half of the electricity and their negligence.
When I moved into this place...and CURRENTLY, my room carpet is STAINED, there are holes on my door, dirty walls, dirty kitchen and fridge (not my roommate's fault), the appliances brake often, and there is still stuff that the former residents left...including clothes and garbage.
3 There are like 4 bike-racks in the complex, and it is just not worth the time for some to go half-way across the complex to park a bike. you might as well park it in the "breeze- way" where it doesn't bother anyone, but management steals them if you leave them there just because.
They do NOT care AT ALL about customer satisfaction and as another review said: IT IS A ---- HOLE!
This review Is for Pegasus Landing, but I have also lived in Pegasus Pointe, and it is the same thing. I strongly recommend staying away from living communities that have "Pegasus" on their name.
By the way, calculate rent to be 40 dollars more per month than they tell you. Since even if you do not use electricity at all, your roommates can use it all up and you WILL also get charged!
