Ok now this place is a little junky, but u get what u pay for.
I felt safe here and the shuttle was real convienent.
The pool in the front was alright but the other pools where a little dirty.
Some of the new security gate people can be a little enoying,but most are ok.
As far as drug dealers living there, i mean its college.
I was a little dissapointed with the condition of my apt.
My washer broke a few times and they fixed it right away.
My roommate punched a hole in the wall and we were not charged.
We also lost a few chairs and did not have to cover for it.
When i moved out i got charged nothing but a 30 dollar cleaning fee for my bathroom which i didnt clean when i moved out. Thats better than a previous place that was perfect when i left and i got charged 700 dollars. so what im getting at is that they dont care if u mess up the place a little. Just make sure u see the exact apartment you will be moving into, because they show u a model when u lease.
