I have been living here 1 month and so many things have gone wrong! When we moved in, the kitchen light was broken. It wasn't fixed for 3 WEEKS. Dryer broke and tore up clothes; wasn't fixed for 2 and 1/2 weeks. A/C broke and was repaired within 2 days. Had to argue with management about keeping my bike on the patio out of the rain because they cited me for it. Have a bug infestation now that they are refusing to allow ME to PAY to correct. Saying I have to wait a week and allow maintenance to do it. Manager REFUSES out right to meet with me, even when I talked to her on the phone. Workers in the offices are programmed robots that just say what they're told to say and really put no effort into aiding you. You lean on the wall, it creaks. Some cabinets are detached from the walls. Not to mention the ridiculous overages. Miserable, Miserable place. Not renting here again.

Other than that, the rooms are large and all appliances are included. Ask to see a REAL room and not the one they dress up.
