Pegasus Pointe used to be okay, I mean not perfect, but okay. Then another management took over, its an absolute nightmare. You will love living here if you like water stained ceilings, roaches, disgustingly stained carpet, people destroying your car, frequent electrical outages, outrageous overages for a 4/2 that only 2 people are living in yet work full time and never use electricity, rude management, and security thats a complete joke! RUN from this crap hole, seriouly, run

Wow that seems completely different from what i have at pegasus pointe. There are no stains on the ceilings or carpet (except for the new ones i made by throwing parties). The has gone out about a total of 3 times that i can recall, the being this day exact. Parking does suck though. I usually cant find a parking spot so i usually have to go to the visitor lanes. But you are right on the electricity overages, our bill goes up evry month and worst of all the management doesnt notify you of the charge until the next month.
