When me and my roommate saw the model for pegasus it looked quite nice. That is until we moved in to an apartment that didnt even resemble the actual model. The carpets were supposed to be grey but instead they were brown black with spots. There were silverfish bugs crawling up the a$$ and I do mean that literally. We found silverfish bugs on the dirty brown sofas, in the toilets, bed, and even in my roommates clean underwear. Oh yea and the silverfish bugs had friends over too! Baby spiders on every corner. Management' Sucked. The guy is extremely unprofessional. They will try to get money out of you for everything. So if you fart it's gonna cost you. They could care less there. And it is true, management and the maintenance guy come in whenever. I swear they knock like once and the door is already wide open. For $560 it was not worth it. and what made it worse was the whole office team. Jerks and liars. This was a learning experience. Oh and mind you, we have heard that people have been shot there!
