I have lived here for 5 months. The outside is very nicely recently renovated. The inside is pretty nice, too. As soon as we moved in we got two new fans. Soon after we needed a new toilet,AC unit and dishwasher. We had a $600 power bill because of our AC unit. But they did put it in. They are pretty quick to get new appliances in here, except for the AC unit--quite expensive. So, they tried to troubleshoot with it--of course. The manager is very nice, and apologetic about any problems. Overall I really enjoy living her. The walls are very thick, so you can't hear your neighbors at all. I am located near a pool, so, sometimes I can hear people at the pool, but only when I am sitting in the front bedroom. I enjoy living here. I feel safe, and I love the vibe I get from the community.
