I have lived at Pine Harbour a short time but enjoy it! The staff is great, helpful, and curtious. Maintanence has been taken care of the second the work order is reported. Frank Amy Tracey Lauren the best! Pet friendly. Slight parking problem but every community in Orlando has a parking problem, this will continue to go on unless you ban all visitors. Not going to happen get over it. It's not that long of a walk.
