The place is nice and clean. If you like outdoor activities, they have basketball, beach volleyball, tennis court. There is a nice fitness center with a great racket ball court. The play ground is small and not fenced, it is also located in a secluded dog walk area. The apartment layout is nice, lots of storage area. The living area is small though.

The staff is nice in general, there was a very nice leasing professional there called Amy, hope she is still there.

I had a Lakeview which was great, but the dogs? owners were not picking up after their dogs who liked to poop by my patio. I know that the management where doing their best to force the dog owners to pickup.

I think this property is about 14 years old now, but I know they did some renovation recently.
