This apartment can use many improvements. First of all, parking is a major issue. I can never find a parking space near my apartment. People should have assigned parking with limited parking spaces. Second, the maintenance management could respond to calls faster. They're not living up to their 48 hour response guarantee. Also, they should get a guard at the gate. People are getting robbed and it is unsafe.
