I used to drive by this place and thought it was so nice, so one day I went in to take a look. A lady told me there was a 2 bed/2 bath with lakeview available at the time we needed for $800. The outside looks nice, everything seems quiet, but when we had the chance to look at the actual apartment we were supposed to get.. it wasn't the location we thought. instead, we had the apartment right next to 408. and the front door looked like someone tried to break in. the inside was also really dirty and messy. so if you want to live here, i recommend looking at the actual apartment first. and one more thing... my friend lives there now and told me someone got murdered there a couple weeks ago!
