Going on my 3rd year here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I just renewed my lease for a third year here. I wish my neighbors were more friendly. The crime is gone because they caught the two people who were doing all of the bad stuff. They do need a better gate system or a guard, but it is a money issue. The walls are thin so beaware when you hear neighbors doing it. Lovely apartments and the prices are good.
