Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I've lived in Pine Harbor for a year. Thankfully I will be moving out. The experience started off well, but once we signed the lease the staff did not seen to care about us anymore. I had initially recommended the place to my friends and 5 of them also signed leases. We have all been disappointed. The good: Maintance is always on top of things. The grounds always look nice. Parking is never a problem.However,the gate almost NEVER works and when it does 6 cars get through at a time. It's well kept for it's age. There have been MANY car break-ins in the last year, at least 40. Make sure you have a good chain on the door as well. It's an okay deal, but it's far from perfect.
