I lived there from Jan. 1998 until Jan. 2001 with my boyfriend and our dog in a 2bed/2bath.
I think Pine Harbour was a great place to live. Back then the price to quality of service ratio was good.
The response to my maintnance needs was executed in a timely manner.
Here is a tip for the ladies: if the manager is still the same man as in 2000, you can use some of your charm for good service in return. Same for maintenance workers. : )
