Pine harbour is very average compared to other places, it has its problems the only difference is the dollar sign. They are raising rent over a hundred dollars with no improvement in quality. Plus they did not do anything to keep me here, so I am moving on and out.

Grounds:
The gate becomes really annoying after awhile I like it better when it is broken because it does not keep anyone out in the first place. And one of the three gates is almost always broken.

Safety:
In the year that I have lived here there was a shooting, cars and apartments were broken into, which is everywhere in this area I guess.

Maintenance:
I had a pipe leak (behind the wall) in my room, it took them 3 weeks to fix it and it ruined my little nightstand. The insurance and the front office would not do anything about it. "If I had an extra nightstand I would give it to you." But again I guess that is normal, is $40 off the rent too much to ask for a replacement piece. Later the AC drain got blocked and I had another leak in my room. Maintenance is ok with basic things but they are slower on harder tasks and sometimes take multiple trips.

Parking:
They said that parking is not a problem here, which it is worse than where I moved from, if you get home after 11pm you will have a walk, unless you park where you are not supposed to, which they finally started ticketing for. They should of done long before or towed even. Reason being because when people park next to the concrete islands it makes it extremely difficult to back out of a space, especially with a truck.

Noise level:
I live right on 408, and there is construction at night. Think about it.

Office staff:
Average nothing special.
