When I moved in January, I was told the carpet was 7 months old. After moving in, I soon realized that the carpets were dirty with a patch cut out of it in the bedroom and a melted spot in the closet. We moved from another Equity Property, so we wanted to stay with them--as the other property was so much better.

The management here is rude, and they DO treat you like you are 2 years old. After complaining about the parking, they decided to pass out parking decals. Still, you have to park very far away from your building if you come home after 6 PM. Most of the parking near the office is taken up by the management during the day. They don't have any clue how aggravating it is to come home with groceries and have to walk a mile to get to your apartment. Apparently, one of the leasing girls moved up in management and she is the problem they have with her rudeness. Who knows who the manager is...as they have changed several times since I've lived here.

Mold:
I noticed on my kitchen counter under a utensil holder there was mold. Our front door has been broken for months, as we fixed it ourselves (its a continuous problem). If we asked them to fix it, it would take forever and not done correctly.

Gate:
It's always broken, and I've seen people out there fixing it, but wait until the weekend and there is someone out there trying to let people in by breaking the gate. I've called the "security officer" several times and nothing has happened. But park somewhere you are not supposed to, and you'll get ticketed.

I would never recommend this place to live to anyone I know!!
