Office staff is completely unresponsive. If you leave a message for them, but sure that it will never be acknowledged or your call returned. Even if you get the lucky chance to speak with an actual live person, that doesn't guarantee that they listened to what you said. I called spoke with the office staff and reported a problem, and after a week no one had come out or returned my other calls, so I went in the office. Surprise suprise, they had never heard of the problem I reported. She wrote down the info again, and after several days, still no one has come out. This is ridiculous! After you sign the lease, the really do ignore you. The maintenance staff is friendly, since you see them doing nothing but hanging around their golf charts smoking all day. No wonder nothing gets fixed.

Why does this problem affect the parking, safety, grounds, and noise?

You hate the office staff AND maintenance yet look at your ratings..... 1 parking 1 maintenance 1 construction 2 noise 2 grounds 2 saftey AND 3 for office staff........ you hate the staff yet they get the most ratings. lol
