I have lived here for 3 years, thankfully I am getting a job transfer and will be moving out soon!! Yesterday morning at 8am a women was mugged in the parking lot. It's been a while since the shooting and the robberies, so I guess we were due for some crime.

Too many college kids live here and race through the parking lot with their loud radios, throwing beer bottles in the bushes on their way home. Ridiculous!! My new nieghbor has a HUGE dog that barks constantly! And speaking of dogs, so much for the "pick up after your dog" rule. You can even walk in the grass without finding Fido's remains on your shoes.

Forget the mold problem, what about the black soot that comes out of the vents' My apartment is covered in black dust that I have to clean 3 times a week!! And you won't believe the size of the roaches in the storage areas. I opened mine the other day and thought they were mice (which must be in there as well since I also found mice droppings).

The carpets are unreal. Mine was new when I moved in, but the carpet pad wasn't. Now every time I vacuum, I get big brown spots everywhere. I have my carpets cleaned every other month at $40 each time!

What's the purpose of the gate anyway. Even when it does work, people tailgate in behind you. And it obviously isn't keeping out the riff-raff.

My rent has gone up over $300 a month since I moved in. That's almost $4000 a year! Do yourself and favor and find another place to live. Tortuga Bay is awesome!!
