A decent place to live if you don't have a vehicle. If you do, expect to find it with missing wheels, windows, radios, etc.. And that is if you are lucky to not have your whole car stolen. Every week here a car will either be stolen or burgularized. If you don't believe me call the Orange Sheriffs Office and ask for a report on their address. Just in the first 45 days of 2007 4 cars were stolen and 4 were burgularized. Once you no longer feel safe at this community, expect to pay about 1200-1600 just to terminate your lease early. The staff is uncaring about your problems and will actually play dumb saying that they are unaware of this ongoing problem for the past 6 months and still going. Once you write a letter of complaint to equityapartments (their headquarters) expect to be ignored, as you won't be getting a response. Good luck. And remember.. you can always do better than "Crime Harbor"

I wrote to Corporate about the noise level of my neighbors. I complained about them several times to the office and even called the lousy "courtesy" officer. Corporate won't do anything! They'll just tell the office staff to fix the problem. It's like HELLO, I'm writing to corporate because the office staff won't do anything.
