My boyfriend and i moved to Orlando for work and school. We were far away and had to online apartment shop. From what we saw, this place seemed pretty good. The one detterent was the car thefts but we saw that was everywhere so we thought we could suck it up. This place is awful. The walls are PAPER THIN and you can here someone in the next apartment having a conversation. The office is the worst in the world. If you ever plan on recieving a package in the mail, dont even think of living here. They dont require id or signatures when picking it up and we have personally lost packages because they give them to the wrong people and there is nothing wrong with it. Theres not only car breakins, but apartment robberies as well. The amenenities are not what they say. The pool is small and disgustingly dirty. Half the amenities are made up. It is a gated community but that means nothing. Anyone and everyone just tails people in and steals parking spots so there is often no parking. NO security either. College kids infest the pool area into late hours of the night, screaming and shouting. You will not sleep because all the apartments are around the pool. This is only the tip of the iceburg for all the problems. I could write for days but hopefully this is enough to keep you away. PLEASE. we're easygoing people and understand that all apartments have issues and most people ----- about little things, but this is not worth any money at all. Stay Away.
